"If I quote and buy online, I won't get the same level of service as I would by talking to you directly"
The option to quote and buy online is simply offered to ease the process of your insurance purchase. It doesn't mean that you cannot talk to us about the insurance should you have any questions or that we will be in anyway unable to deal with your issues/claims directly. Insurance purchased online is treated exactly the same as insurance purchased in any other way and gets the same high level of customer support you would expect from Ascott Insurance Brokers.

"I prefer to call up as I get better rates"

The complexity of the quotes is dictated by your specific needs, so if you have a standard insurance requirement, the questions you will be asked are kept to a minimum to make it as easy as possible. Should your insurance include more detailed requirements, these options will be made available to you ask you move through the quotation, with question pertaining to your circumstances only appearing if they are needed. Of course, your insurance may be too complicated even for these adaptive quote services, but should that be the case, you will be told as soon as possible where we are unable to provide an online quote so that you can call us rather than continue with the online quote.
